Consultation Terms and Conditions

Homeopathic and naturopathic consultations are supportive and complementary in nature. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, do not replace medical treatment, and do not substitute medical advice. Their purpose is to complement the process of caring for health, not to replace conventional medicine.

Consultations are conducted online via Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams. All consultation times are scheduled according to United Kingdom time (UK time), regardless of the client’s country of residence.

A consultation is confirmed once full payment has been made in advance, in the selected currency: GBP, PLN, or EUR. A lack of payment means the appointment is not reserved. A consultation may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or the client’s failure to attend, the fee is non-refundable.

Acute consultations are based on the information provided by the client in the questionnaire and on any additional materials such as photographs or recordings. Acute care covers a maximum of 5 working days. If symptoms persist longer or require further work, an additional, paid consultation is required. The number of acute consultations is limited and depends on current availability.

The client is responsible for purchasing homeopathic remedies. I may indicate trusted sources for purchasing remedies, such as homeopathic pharmacies in the United Kingdom or the European Union; however, I do not sell homeopathic medicines.

In the case of consultations for children under the age of 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. This consent is a necessary condition for conducting the consultation and results from insurance requirements applicable in the United Kingdom.

The effectiveness of consultations depends on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. The client undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding their health status. In situations requiring urgent medical intervention, such as breathing difficulties, very severe pain, high fever, or neurological symptoms, immediate contact with a doctor, emergency services, or A&E is required.

All information shared during consultations is confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (Data Protection Act 2018 / GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Booking a consultation, submitting a form, or selecting the relevant consent checkboxes on the website means that the client has read these Terms and Conditions, understands the nature of the consultations, and gives informed consent to them.
